OUR FOUNDER

Richard Havriliak, president and founder of Bravo Home Delivery in 1999, has worked in the transportation and service industry for over twenty-five years. Fifteen of those years were in senior management roles with major corporations where he gained extensive corporate training in operations, administration, customer service, marketing and human resources. He has assisted in developing corporate policies, procedures, contracts and training programs concerning transportation related topics and issues. He is currently a member of the International Furniture Transportation and Logistics Council.

An alumnus of Seton Hall University, Richard, his wife Leslie, an Alumnus of Arizona State University, and their four sons are all active within the Phoenix community. They support many organizations including the Phoenix Boys Choir, Phoenix Girls Chorus, NAU Choral Studies and Athletics, Diamondback Charities, Scouting and Valley Youth Sports.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Steve Gerhart, Bravo Operations Manager, has been in the client services and operations field for more than twelve years. He brings to Bravo Home Delivery both supervisory and operations experience from over ten years with the Air Force, of which 6 were spent in direct supervision of cargo aircraft maintenance and flight-line operations. After receiving his Business Administration degree from Campbell University in NC, Steve then moved on to gain valuable experience working in Human Resources in the recruiting field for a large Tucson corporation. Steve has been with Bravo Home Delivery since 2001 and has had first-hand experience at all levels of operations involved in our company.
